@bourbinfo@ChrsSbstn I’d say around 10 ppm is low end where you could detect it. Generally the scotches peat heads reach for (Ardbeg, Laphroaig, etc) are 40 to 50+ ppm.
Also, advice on Speyside for unpeated is good. Can check Lowland region too. Most scotch is unpeated (or very little), fyi.
