Hello @O2 how can I make a complaint? I am in an endless circle of being passed from agent to agent about my mobile phone - each person transferring me to someone who will be able to help me and I have to recycle the story from the beginning
@virginmedia I was told I’d get a call back re my television service within 4 days which isn’t working
That was last Friday
When I called 150 today it just took me to the usual “let’s send you a text to test your service”
When will I get a call back?
@virginmedia How do I call the fault team? When I call this number - a message says “we can see you had a problem - we’ll transfer you to our faults team”
Then it hangs up. Can you suggest something.
