There are eyewitness accounts that legal drugs (poppers, prescription medication, OTC medication) was found and confused for illegal. There's also eyewitness accounts of drug paraphernelia were found (the bong you refer to)

They're avoiding the term sex, but that's what they mean with adult parties. Whether or not they were drug-fueled, well let's just say that since the 1920s that lingo has been misused

If that continues, they'll succeed in avoiding accountability, which is precisely their intent I reckon.
