I just reread the cos opinion on Cuomo For the 3rd time trying to come to some other conclusion than the fix was in. Best I got is Cuomo should have brought case on an as applied basis not a facial challenge. There must be some set of facts where Coelig is unconstitutional

Just finished my hearing in court on COELIG new responsible party regulation while I’m waiting for the judge to sign his order suffice to say David Grandeau meets the definition of a responsible party. Can’t wait to see how Sandy Berland overreacts to his latest loss
