@westfieldstrat there have been nothing but problems since the transition to W-Park. When are they going to be fixed or the whole plan abandoned. Smart park wasn’t great but it worked.
4 cars in front of me at the barrier have all had issues and waited ages for help.

@British_Airways I can’t find where I can provide feedback without it being a complaint, but the standard of cleanliness on BA2621 from Innsbruck today was terrible. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Used culs left in seats, tables, seats and floors covered in crumbs…
