The 17.14 was already cancelled & now everyone has to wait a further 30 minutes. Literally 2 minutes to provide a service

Why do you even bother scheduling the 17.23 from ECR to BOG on platform 2 when without fail it is changed at the last minute to platform 3? Do you have any idea of the inconvenience?

@SouthernRailUK Hi, so basically if the 17.18 is a minute late then we are going to be moved to platform 3? Why then are we not told this earlier? If given the choice 100% of passengers would remain on 2 as we end up delayed either way #platformchange
