Ran into a very interesting scientist and he said “Gun Violence Elimination Protocol is Here. Florida research team reports applicable violence prevention. Identifiable early in life, external human characteristics point to aberrations in the brain's Executive Center where we make the decision between right and wrong.”

Basically they can tell by looking at a driver license photo if you have violent tendencies and should not own a gun. Wowza. May work for stopping gun violence. What do you think?
