Weeks off are spent doing what I love the most, @SJACymru Events. This week I spent my week in Margam Park for Eisteddfod yr Urdd as an Operational First Aider and a Controller who goes dynamic. An amazing experience with some amazing people. #VolunteeringWithPride #SJACLife

This week I’ve been back doing what I love the most, responding in the Pembrokeshire community on the @SJACymru Volunteer Alternative Responder Scheme. Some very positive patient outcomes and alternative pathways utilised, and making use of my passion for admission avoidance.

Another day another @SJACymru Duty. This time I got to spend a glorious day in sunny Tenby for the annual @Carten100 bike ride. An early start fuelled by plenty of iced coffee from the Cornish Bakehouse (10 to be exact). A fab day with some amazing people #VolunteeringWithPride
