@UK_Victor_ Said earlier today, watched them all via https://t.co/xTDiLJqAjl and agree all very talented. But I also added they they have played for the U21 in EFL Northern Trophy and have been roundly beaten. Why, Division 1 and 2 players in opposition, much more experience and physicality
@UKwantsmore@cristo_burton I can believe it, after all he’s had five days in the job, and with every adverse comment I read here on X, he’s had plenty of time to fix problems from previous governments and quite frankly, the majority of comments insist he’s failed.
@DavidVaughan5@IanDoyleSport@_pauljoyce@TheAthleticFC Crazy if true, relying on youngsters from last season’s U21 won’t work. Followed Liverpool for decades, watch https://t.co/xTDiLJqAjl on regular basis. Look at our results in the EFL Northern Trophy, can’t compete with League 1 and 2 teams, based on experience and physicality
@Szobo_baller Worried for LFC. Based on transfers and depth of squad, PL this season- Chelsea, Arsenal, City, United, Spurs all far stronger than LFC, in fact few of these could field back up team stronger than us. Add Villa into mix, CL distant dream without many immediate transfer additions.
@likesretirement Here’s a question, lot of rural pubs suffered when drink driving rules were tightened and with soft drinks costing ridiculous prices, lots decided to stay home or just walk down the road. Not condoning drink driving, just put it out there, why rural pubs started struggling .
@a_libutti@NerineHalton Please, get it right, Basic State Pension is £184.90/ week, long way short of the new one quoted. So all of us, who paid in for 40+ yrs and starting taking SP before 2016 get this amount. Give us all £241.30, would be like winning the lottery
@Millsy1957 Amazes me that those who attack triple lock and pension benefits becoming unaffordable, obviously have parents/ grandparents probably of pensionable age. Wonder how much friction there is between them when it comes to SP comments, or their parents rich, so they’re not bothered
@RossKempsell@LyndyMountain While discussing cost to tax payers, how much is daily allowance for you members of Lords, yes, twice my weekly pension £371/ day, mine £184.90/ week. Do you think it’s way be too high, when everyone keeps on about government spending, and triple lock unaffordable. Funny that
@thevoteuk But, that’s not what you suggested. Assessment to ensure safe to drive, could be any age, you’ve just said, whatever their age. Known lot of reckless drivers under 70 and those with poor eyesight. Over 80, but still play golf few times a week. Without car, couldn’t get there.
