@thevoteuk But, that’s not what you suggested. Assessment to ensure safe to drive, could be any age, you’ve just said, whatever their age. Known lot of reckless drivers under 70 and those with poor eyesight. Over 80, but still play golf few times a week. Without car, couldn’t get there.
