When we say Sam George is ignorant and not the smartest in the room, you think we are lying. For someone who doesn’t know what DSM stands for, we are done😃😃😃And it how he’s proud of is ignorance. #BackToSender#GhCheckYourAura
🇬🇭 “Homosexual people need mental psychiatric care. Homosexuality was once classified as a mental illness in the United States.”

Can you give us the statistics that shows the country was united for the bill or you are passing a bill for your own political agenda. Nana Addo did not assent cos the bill goes against the very principles of democracy.
#BackToSender#GhanaCheckYourAura
Let not lie to ourselves cos unfortunately that will not happen not with the kind of leaders we have. Can we stop dreaming

Archbishop Duncan Williams has said it all .. we must build our nation and maintain its sovereignty so that no one will impose LGBTQ and slavery on us !

One time I went to the @GhPoliceService to report a case after a driver made a wrong turn onto the highway and ruined my car.
When the policeman saw me, he asked where I worked. “I am with Nestlé,” I said. Only to hear him respond with disdain, “You’re one of the factory hands, right?” I looked at him and his condescending tone and just nodded in agreement. I was not ready to argue with a pathetic fool.
Just to give you an idea of my role, at Nestlé, I worked for the Nestlé Integrated Business Services, handling all West Africa, East Africa, and some parts of Southern Africa procurement operations and projects. In addition to my main procurement role, I was the Source to Pay Project Partner in charge of all procurement projects for the same regions.
My duties required frequent meetings in French, English, and Portuguese. But because I was “young”, old shallow people quickly looked down on me when they saw me, I wasn’t in a suit and tie, blowing my own horn. I see a lot of young creatives enduring this disrespect because of their age and looks.
So the next time some old nitwit looks down on you, don’t make it your duty to school them. You’ll definitely meet them again, and the shame that would bathe them would be all the satisfaction you need.
Our differences are not a threat; they are our strength. Peaceful coexistence means choosing respect, dignity, and love, even in our diversity.
We don’t need to be the same to stand together. Peace grows when every identity is seen, valued, and protected.

As we continue to celebrate Constitution Day, we reflect on the promise of dignity, equality, and freedom enshrined in Ghana’s 1992 Constitution.
These are anonymous letters from young queer Ghanaians whose existence is often politicized, contested, or criminalized.
Today, YAEF joins Ghanaians in commemorating Constitution Day, a reminder of our collective commitment to democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. We reaffirm our call for a Constitution that protects the dignity, equality, and freedoms of all people, without exception.
It’s 2026 my people!! I know this year will be a great year. Let give ourselves some grace as we navigate the year.
All I am asking for this year is, peace in every aspect of my life.

A powerful highlight from the Youth Pre-Con at the @PanAfricaILGA 7th Regional Conference was our Advocacy Skills Bootcamp equipping young activists with tools in digital security, campaign planning, wellness & burnout prevention, and an intro to the Global Queer Youth Network.
