Our #foundation#waterproofing and #insulation systems have been installed. We went with Tuff-N-Dri Warm-N-Dri over the standard dampproofing to insure a long term dry basement

Well winter’s late arrival has caused some scheduling issues with our team. The foundation was staked out this week and, originally, we were to begin excavation next week but that has been pushed out (at least a week) due to the snow and frozen ground.

So I guess you could say we kicked open the door to #2019… On new years eve we signed the stacks and stacks of bank paperwork to close on a #constructionloan and #build a new #house! Stay tuned, #groundbreaking is scheduled for mid-March…
