ARCHIVOS had been a dream of mine long before launching it and I’m heartbroken it’s come to this, but it’s the reality of the moment.
I continue to be deeply grateful for your support… it's been a genuine delight to help you build your story worlds through the app. (3/3)
I've paused payment on all subscriptions and will cancel them at the end of the month. If you have story data in the app, use the “EXPORT” feature to secure that precious data before Apr 28. We’ll do a data dump before shutdown, but don’t rely on that. Get your stories. (2/3)
ARCHIVOS subscribers (you know who you are)...
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce ARCHIVOS is closing its doors Apr 28, 2025. The cost of maintaining the servers far exceeds the revenue being generated by the (truly splendid) storytellers subscribing to the app. (1/3)

@AlasdairStuart I don’t want to give away any spoilers, so I’ll just say it’s one of the most innovative tales of that particular genre of sci-fi I’ve ever enjoyed. And I loved the science that permeated the story 🤓. Already chomping at the bit for the next season 😁
@TNiederriter There’s something about cooking food in your home (especially grilling 😁) that engenders a feeling of “belonging”. It’s such an ancient and essential endeavor, and ubiquitous to the human condition… 😊
This reading for the mighty @PseudoPod_org was not only a blast, but educational as well. I had no idea Tennessee Williams’s literary explorations included dark historical prose AND I had never heard of the tale of Nitocris. I am enriched and terrified 😳😁

It is a genuine treat and a privilege to be narrating these stories for @todd_keisling . He’s a storyteller whose tales are so deliciously wrought and whose authorial voice aligns so beautifully with my performance aesthetic. This is gonna be epic 😈🙌🔥

There are a few joys in life more satisfying than sharing a mic with talented and accomplished friends. It was a rare treat to catch up and talk about our shared passions and delights… 😊🤘
