we should be thankful with riot that they are actually shortening the off-season, since waiting until late april this year was painful (competition ended for every team besides Gozen and BBL 8/10). it seems like whatever they do there will always be complaining, and that is not a good precedent for the future of GC.

i don't understand how anyone is surprised that the new season is starting in 2024, having had almost 3 months to prepare for it.

it hurts to see orgs dropping out of GC, but in the end business is business and not alot of players are putting enough time into their personal brand for an org to have any profit of having them signed (with salaries).

you don't need to be in an org to compete in GC. i moved out from home when i was 17 and competed many years without a salary, working hard outside of practice to be able to pay my rent and eat.

if you truly want to compete and make it to the top, it is not an easy road, but i have sacrificed everything possible to get here, and so can you. don't let anything stop you.
