@Londonboylab@GBPolitcs Well posting it suggests intention to cause harassment, alarm or distress. I'm guessing that's why it was taken down so quickly. It's now being investigated so it'll be interesting to see how that develops.
@GBPolitcs Posting the image, the leader of the Green Party had probably committed an offence of intentional harassment, alarm and distress, s4 Public Order Act 1986. Taking it down makes no difference. He can be arrested and investigated. I'm guessing he was quickly advised of that.
@GuidoFawkes S4 of the public order act 1986 defines intentional harassment, alarm or distress. It's an arrestable offence. So the leader of the Green Party should be arrested and investigated. To be honest he's bang to rights by posting it. Taking it down makes no difference.
@andyburnham I grew up just outside Accrington. I live in the South East. Please tell me how you think taxing us more in the south is a good idea? My nephews and nieces can buy a starter home in East Lancs for around 150k. Down south for our kids it's more like 300k. How is that fair?
