Another class and one more thing feeling like it’s clicking back into place. The last month my petit allegro has felt (to be generous) shaky. It’s still shaky, but it felt a little more like I had some bounce and rhythm 🎶

I think it’s at least three years since I was regularly taking class - life just got in the way. But since coming back I’ve remembered how good ballet is, for both my body and mind. Feeling grateful.

Well I’ve been back at class for a month now. Everything aches and I’ve got quite a bit of COVID-weight, but tonight I felt like I was really dancing for the first time in quite a while (and in center adagio too!). Feels oh so good to be back.

The last couple of weeks have been pretty busy, but thankfully I've managed to find time to take some ballet classes amidst it all. It really is the best thing to help!

Back at @SFSymphony tonight for a second dose of @BetsyWolfe and @JeremyMJordan! Loved it last night, and it's lucky that my work trip was the same week as their performances. Fantastic music and amazing singing - what's not to love?!
