@btbusinesscare Hi I work for a local council, I'm trying to help a customer with an address for some stables, BT say they need an address for a connection, but stables aren't something which Royal Mail would issue an address to, How does BT deal with these situations? Thanks

@LloydsBank Hi no other messages, I'm on app version 129.52 android 14 no OS customisation , but apparently it appears to be affecting xiaomi Poco phones since xiaomi released a recent OS update not sure who needs to amend the app now though

@LloydsBank Morning yeah tried that and just reinstall as well but soon as I click lets get logged on it closes for some reason. I've managed to log on by the Web site now. Using a Poco f5 sure it worked fine couple of days ago so not sure

@virginmedia Hi is there a way to check if our landline has been switched over so it should be connected to our router? Phone just says check line, I've tried the VM status page which shows no faults, but I've not seen an email about the switch. Thanks
