This new Gaudreau brothers/Tony Voce feature on the tragic Boston College off-season is beautifully done. Part of our "Game On" College Hockey Show on ESPN+. Greg Brown's soundbites are precise, powerful and poignant.

Congrats to @BlountStrib as she closes out a spectacular 34-year run at the Minneapolis Star Tribune today. One of the really, really good people in the industry and ultra-talented.

Sad morning with news of Tom Kurvers passing. Salt of the earth human being. Heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the Kurvers family. The hockey community and the world in general was a better place because of TK.

Sad day. RIP Travis and thanks for being you.

We are saddened to hear about the passing of Travis Roy, who transformed his personal tragedy into a beacon of hope for millions of people in the game & beyond. ❤️

There is just one Doc Emrick and we've been blessed to have him a part of hockey for a long time. Thanks for the memories, Doc. Enjoy retirement. We'll miss your call!

If you haven't seen this, check it out. Fun video. While all sports are great, hockey tops them all.

Team USA opens the WJSS today w/ practices this afternoon in Kamloops. It's tough not to think about the late Jim Johannson, who served as USA GM for the WJC. Always had a big smile on his face & was always willing to talk hockey this time of yr. JJ will be missed.
