@CCMHockey It’s been 11 days since my order was placed. It still has not shipped and now you aren’t responding to messages. The one and only response I did get (days ago) gave an excuse about the warehouse being behind. Get it together. You are not a new company! Lost a customer.
@Disturbed Got tix to Pitts show, but life happens and I can’t make it. Tried reselling on Ticketmaster, but you set a price floor. No one is buying at that floor. Now instead of being willing to accept a modest loss, I am forced into a full loss. Why such controlling measures?Disappointed

@StubHub It’s quite amazing that you all have the time and capacity to delete my tweets, but not resolve, address, or even acknowledge my issue. So yet again, my event is in less than 24 hours. Travel is involved. And I have not received the tickets I paid for. Are you going to respond?
@StubHub 27 hours to puck drop and still haven’t received the tickets I purchased 2 days ago. Phone customer service indicates a wait over 2 hours and they are not responding to Twitter DMs. Is this company still in business or has it evolved into a complete scam? Please advise.
