Primary school beside my house doing graduation today, I kid you not, they have called one name “Mariam Adebowale” like 15 times for prizes. She no gree leave anything for anybody.
Every set has that person 🤣
Dear @_DebbieOA ,
Good Evening Maam 🙂
That baby photo is actually my daughter DABERECHI and the picture was posted sometime in 2025 when she just turned 7months.
Again, like I said the day the picture was posted (alongside with a YouTube video on our family vlog series); Mummy Dabz struggled with lactation which affected her mentally and biologically.
Everything practically possible was done to help her lactate (taking Ogi, palmwine, kunu , etc) but nothing nothing.
Should I watch and allow my daughter starve because my wife couldn’t lactate? No nawww!
The truth, I have come to realized that many people really don’t know that NOT all mothers can lactate effortlessly and it’s okay. To those mother that lactate effortlessly, I am so happy for them. But those mothers that struggle with lactation, Biko always know that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is wrong with you oh!
That’s why there is baby formula as alternatives, BIKO USE FORMULA FOR YOUR BABIES BASED ON YOUR DOCTOR’S DIRECTIVES.
Thank you 🙏
I think one of the most heartfelt experiences in life is discovering that someone genuinely enjoys your presence. Not what you provide, Not your accomplishments. Just you, your thoughts, your energy, your existence.
Ngozi Nwosu, is about to undergo life-changing surgeries due to ill health, and she needs our support. This fundraiser is just getting started, and sharing helps so much in the early days. Even if you can't donate, a quick share can help.

I want you to be delusionally optimistic about your life. Gaslight yourself into thinking you're smart enough to figure something out. You will. Eventually, you'll figure it out.
Your life becomes what you tell yourself the most. I'm not enough. I'm not ready. This won't work. I will start tomorrow. Pay attention. You believe what you repeat the most in your head. Change your inner script and it will change your life. Remember that.
People respect you more when they don't see you often. Even parents. Trust me. It's strange how distance rearranges love, how absence restores what closeness erodes. When people are deprived of your presence, they start seeing you clearly again, not through habit but through awareness. Proximity dulls perception. Space sharpens it. That's just how the human mind works.
2 days to grad (19/20)
kept the highest cgpa in my department for all 4 years, and closed out final year with a 5.0 gpa in both semesters. still can’t quite believe i pulled that off
Unfortunately, a man who’s never been loved properly or been in a real, serious relationship will spend his whole life fumbling the first person who actually does love him. He’ll call boundaries “control,” communication “nagging,” and accountability “disrespect” because emotional intelligence is a language he never learned. Then he’ll sabotage every good thing that comes into his life and still convince himself he was the victim while having manipulative actions.
Read something daily. A book, an article, a thread or new information you weren’t away of.
It improves the quality of your conversations over time and you always have something to talk about
Okay, finally doing this 😂💃
Do we all have a "type" when it comes to our favourite housemates? 🤔
I know we've all answered who our faves are before in some variant, but I'm curious whether people who loved one housemate tend to like the same kinds of housemates across different seasons.
I made a 2-minute survey where you pick your favourite from every season you've watched - https://t.co/UxDI0zgU8u
I'll share the results and patterns on here once we have a good number of responses. So please, please, please take the survey, repost, and send it to your BBNaija friends—the bigger the sample, the more interesting the findings!
Thank you from your fave shalaye girlie❤️ #BBNaija

Your 20s are not for figuring everything out, you are allowed to be confused.
You are allowed to change careers, you are allowed to move, you are allowed to fail and you are allowed to start again.
The scary part is your 20s don’t feel young while you’re living them.
Another day of posting my dad till he finds a job.
Hi everyone, please help me.
My father is yet to find a driving job.
Please, if you’re in need of a driver in Aba, send a direct message to me. I want him to get back to work as soon as possible.
Please help me and repost.🥹🙏
Please can we normalise employing people without experience and give them the chance to show their skills or worth to us.
Give an unemployed chance today.
Guys, be optimistic, trust me.
“Being delusional about your goals normalizes them to your brain, which is extremely important. Your brain is wired to help you survive, not to thrive - it wants to keep you safe and comfortable. When you normalize your big goals as safe, comfortable and familiar, your nervous system shifts, and in turn, your reality shifts”
“This line from Atomic Habits isn't ready to leave my head:
"It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment."
