On behalf of the Nigerian Doctors Investment and Credit Cooperative Society (NDICCS) Ltd, I am happy to inform everyone that the Nigerian Doctors Investment and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (NDICCS) has begun her journey to financial prosperity for all its members 💃💃💃💃.
The first contributions have been successfully implemented with the August salary via the IPPIS platform, for members on the IPPIS platform

🎉 *HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR DEAR P-MUS – THE STRATEGIC HELMSMAN OF NARD* 🎉
On behalf of the entire NARD NOC, E-NOC, NEC Members, the Crown Prince of NARD, and every NARDITE across the federation, *we proudly celebrate an exceptional leader, an uncommon strategist, and the indefatigable 001 of NARD—Dr. Mohammad Usman Suleiman (Garkuwan Matasan Arewa), the President of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors.*
*"Great leaders do not merely occupy positions; they inspire movements, redefine possibilities, and leave footprints that time cannot erase."*
Today, we celebrate a man whose name has become synonymous with vision, courage, and purposeful leadership. A leader who does not wait for opportunities to appear but creates them.
*A man whose eloquence commands attention, whose intellect earns respect, and whose strategic brilliance continues to inspire confidence within and beyond the medical profession.*
P-MUS is not merely leading NARD; he is writing a remarkable chapter in its history.
Through resilience, wisdom, and unwavering commitment, he has transformed challenges into opportunities and given resident doctors a stronger voice on the national stage. His interventions have resonated far beyond the walls of our hospitals, making his name a familiar refrain across the media landscape and among Nigerians from every walk of life.
*"Leadership is measured not by the applause that follows, but by the lives that are transformed."*
Sir, over the past eleven months, your stewardship has been nothing short of extraordinary. You have championed the welfare of doctors with uncommon courage, negotiated with remarkable tact, and demonstrated that strategic leadership is built on vision, empathy, and decisive action. Little wonder many affectionately wish your tenure could continue even longer—a testament to the profound impact of your service.
Beyond the boardroom and negotiation table stands a brilliant physician. *As a Senior Registrar I in Pulmonology, you continue to distinguish yourself in both clinical and interventional pulmonology,* exemplifying excellence in medicine while simultaneously steering the affairs of thousands of resident doctors with remarkable dexterity.
And yes, *as a passionate Arsenal supporter, your unwavering faith in the Gunners remains as steadfast as your commitment to NARD—always ready to remind Manchester United supporters and every rival that true champions never stop believing!*
As you mark another glorious year, we pray that Almighty Allah grants you enduring good health, divine protection, greater wisdom, abundant prosperity, and even higher platforms for service. May your influence continue to transcend the medical profession, and may your legacy remain a beacon for generations of leaders to come.
May your days be filled with favour, your path illuminated with success, and your future adorned with greater accomplishments.
*Happy Birthday, our Strategic Militant, our Cerebral Leader, our P-MUS.*

COMMUNIQUÉ ISSUED AT THE END OF THE EXTRAORDINARY NATIONAL
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (E-NEC) MEETING OF THE NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF
RESIDENT DOCTORS (NARD) HELD VIRTUALLY ON SATURDAY, 27TH JUNE, 2026
NARD TICS: The Journey Thus Far..
It is not over, until it is over
Good evening Distinguished NARDites
I greet you Militantly,
The National Executive Council of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors has resolved to Suspend the ongoing Total, Indefinite and Comprehensive Strike action.
After a series of Conciliatory Meetings with the Federal Government, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed detailing where the state of the 19-point demand of NARD stands.
The outstanding issues at the stage of
implementation are as follows:
A. Promotion Arrears: Compilation hasn’t been completed by CMDs/MDs and as such deadline for payment is in 4 weeks.
B. Salary Arrears: Deadline for payment has been agreed at 4 weeks.
C. Specialist Allowance: OHCSF has issued a clear direction on this. NSIWC to take appropriate action with a view to implementation.
D. Lokoja 5: Committee report recommended reabsorption back into FTH Lokoja to be fully implemented within 2 weeks.
Observations From the MOU signed between NARD and Government:
The MOU as signed is summarily posited as below:
1. NARD is in the process of completing the processes of the failed payments/omissions on the 25/35% and Accoutrement Allowance for NARDites for payment
2. List of Residents for upgrade are currently being awaited from centre leaders to ensure proper completion of the upgrade processes.
3. The PAT has been released.
4. Skipping/Entry Level issue has been resolved with a clear directive from OHCSF.
5. HO issues have been resolved.
6. The Directive on stopping all obnoxious clauses for Locum has been issued to CMDs/MDs in the interim.
7. The advisory on limiting call duties and ensuring breaks in between calls has been sent to CMDs/MDs in the interim.
8. The Committees for LOCUM and WORK HOUR REGULATION (4. and 5. above) are to each take two months to produce a working policy moving forward.
9. CBA is to continue as soon as possible.
10. Consultant Cadre for other Health Professionals to be discussed during (7.) above.
11. Special pensions committee to resume its sittings.
The NEC in its wisdom looked at the issues as above and decided it is better to suspend the TICS for four weeks to allow room and show this uncommon gesture while we follow up implementation.
Progress has been made, significantly. This is simply because of the efforts and convictions of NARDites across the country.
Mistakes have also been made, kindly rest those mistakes solely on my shoulders as President.
My next task as President is to use this four weeks window carved out by the NEC (in good faith) to ensure that we once again take our case to Nigerians and the Federal Government.
Failure to ensure the full implementation of the above A, B, C, D, will mean the lifting of the suspension on the strike action by NEC and the resumption of TICS.
As we deliberate these issues, remain resolute and full of sincerity of purpose. We will continue to win.
The Countdown for the Four Weeks shall start on Monday. It shall be a daily reminder to Nigerians and the Federal Government to adequately use this ‘four weeks window’ justly and fully.
IT IS NOT OVER, UNTIL IT IS OVER…
As Always,
Once again,
Yours Militantly,
P-MUS of @nard_nigeria

These people and the entire RCCG actually believed that Buhari had what it takes to lead Nigeria into a first world.
These people went to school. Many are professors. Some claimed to have direct access to God.
Some are gifted with "prophesies".
They read history. They understood international relations. They understood how societies work or so we thought.
They were more than 20 years old in 1983 when Buhari shot himself to power.
They saw Buhari murder innocent Nigerians in 1983.
They saw Buhari destroy the economy in 1983.
They saw the role Buhari played in Abacha's government.
They read all the threats of violence by Buhari against the nation.
They saw Buhari harass Lam Adesina the Oyo State Governor due to Fulani herdsmen conflicts with locals in Oyo State.
They saw Buhari lead the sharia protest that claimed the lives of innocent Nigerians in 2001.
They saw Buhari and his minions open the gate of hell on innocent Nigerians when he lost the presidential election in 2011.
If Buhari was not speaking and defending his Fulani heritage he would be fighting to defend his religious heritage.
Never for once did he defend Nigeria or gave interview on how to rebuild the economy, education, power, health, etc.
They saw everything this man did. They knew him too well to miss the little details of his violent life.
But they were united in hatred.
Hatred for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. One among the few Nigeria leaders that actually wanted Nigeria to work.
Hatred became a unifying force to push forward a false narrative.
They exploited his humility.
They exploited his kindness.
They exploited his humanity
They danced and made merry in Ojota. They ate, drank and danced away the destiny of a nation.
Saints Tinubu, Amaechi, Fashola etc led the chorus against ‘corrupt’ Goodluck Jonathan.
Tinubu a private jet owner and owner of Lagos, Amaechi a private jet owner and funder of Buhari campaign, Atiku a University owner paid with his civil service allowance etc wanted ‘corrupt’ Goodluck Jonathan out.
But the people did not see the moral paradox because you see - hate is a unifying factor.
They mobilised thugs to stone a sitting President.
They harassed his family wherever they went.
Because they are from the hated minority who must NOT be king.
For Kings must come from the Fulani lineage. Jonathan is Ijaw. Ijaws should not be Kings.
Jonathan must not loot also.
For looters must come from enablers of evil.
These are intellectuals.
Amongst whom are Pastors and Prophets.
Wisdom failed.
Prophesies failed.
WAEC issued a fake WAEC attestation to Buhari.
It is possible many Nigerian "intellectuals" are working with fake certificates.
A nation without conscience is a curse to its people.
We all are standing on the podium of history.
Surely our children will read the roles we played in the salvation or annihilation of humanity.
DAY 18 OF OPERATION TICS
Dear Nigerians,
This Fight Is for All of Us!
When doctors cry out, it’s not for comfort ,it’s for the survival of healthcare.
We want hospitals that work, patients who live, and a system that values life.
Our demands are not selfish, they are the heartbeat of a healthier Nigeria.
Stand with us. Speak up. Demand better.
Because when healthcare fails, everyone suffers.

DAY 17 OF OPERATION TICS
Dear Nigerians,
We’re Fighting for a Country Where Doctors Stay and Patients Survive.
Every strike day hurts us too.
But silence hurts more.
We want hospitals that work, fair pay that keeps doctors home, and a system that values every life.
We dream of the day our healthcare system work to heal, and provide hope.
Until then, we keep standing…
for you, for us, for Nigeria.

DAY 14 OF OPERATION TICS
Dear Nigerians,
We work daily as specialists; managing emergencies, performing surgeries, handling complex procedures, and saving lives, yet our rightful allowances for these services are unjustly denied.
For carrying the weight, we deserve the respect.
Stop exploiting us.
Respect effort. Reward service. Restore our specialist allowances

Congratulations to MAZI NNAMDI KANU as he bags the prestigious ‘Freedom Fighter’ award from the National Association of Nigerian
Students (NANS). Appreciations to
NANS and its cerebral & courageous president, Comrade Atiku Isah. #NwanneDiNamba.
DAY 10 OF OPERATION TICS
Dear Nigerians,
Say NO to Casualisation!
For five years Doctors in UNTH, MAUTH, FTH Lokoja, and so many other hospitals are treated as casual workers (locum doctors) with poor pay, no pension, no annual leave, no job security.
They work round the clock, saving lives in a system that denies them dignity.
This is modern-day slavery.
It destroys motivation, weakens hospitals, and drives doctors abroad.
Say NO to exploitation.
Say YES to fairness, dignity, and justice.

When APC leaders went to the US about the chibok girls matter, on genocide, seeking the intervention of Obama and co, invalidating @GEJonathan , they didn’t know we were a sovereign nation then, they didn’t care for the US government invading Naija over minerals then, now it’s their turn, they are brandishing false patriotism all over the place. Nigeria is really a movie for too long.
This is to inform all members of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD), and the general public, that the NARD President Dr. Mohammad Usman Suleiman, will be featured live on TVC news (Channel 418 on DSTV) for an exclusive interview.
