@GBNEWS It is a death in police custody the same as if Henry had died in a cell. The investigation will at least look at duty of care. There appears from the video to have been no effort to preserve Henry’s life. In fact it maybe argued the officers actions exacerbated the injuries.

@GBNEWS @thecarolemalone Over 20 years ago as a custody Sgt I was faced with this dilemma. A Trans man who had a females body above the waist but was still male below. I had a female officer search waist & above followed by a male officer waist & below. No guidance then just common sense

@GBNEWS @CamillaTominey Henry is a death in custody. Just the same if he had of died in the custody suite. He clearly & sadly died through a catastrophic lack of care by the officers at the scene by not listening & not believing their eyes. Are they poor officers or indoctrinated?

@B7AKE Too bland .. you need statistics on the population and the crime demographics of that population .. so if the majority of the population of Hampshire is white but commit vastly less crime per capita then you may get the answer .. too easy just to state stop percentages
