I do truly understand and appreciate you clarifying.
My original point was that "mental health" is fine for one diagnosis, but no longer a working scope, on mass.
"The majority" I failed to clarify, were the pool of problematic individuals. Not the functional majority of all.
If you compare our own cases that pass a trial, there are more differences than mental stability.
You will never properly solve an entire equation, by isolating a single variable.
By doing so in a system that has mental health institutions, you are suggesting the importation of people to fill the institutions that are limited and provided for the established population.
With a more inclusive lense, we might see that fundamental differences directly affect our separate perspectives, generating nuance to everything built on top.
If you see nothing but hate, you will live in a self created world of hate, and that does indeed lead to mental illness...

If we have a heads-up on this status, they wouldn't normally qualify for immigrant citizenship.
The largest percentage in this case, are not even fleeing persecution and advocate for continuing their laws and traditions in this country.
If even one slightly unstable person were in these kinds of circumstances, the friction to their reality would be devastating and likely lead to violence.
Let's set down the bandaids and work on not getting hurt in the first place.

Are we literally going to say that a larger percentage of an incoming group, are all mentally unstable???

There is obviously a fundamental difference in social behavior and worldly values...
These values that make Western Society different, are the same ones that we spent generations Fighting and Dying for, because they give us the freedoms that are worth protecting!
Ignoring this, is suicidal and criminally unpatriotic.
