Any suggestions on how to effectively sue @amazon for fraudulent charges? Been dealing w/ 'customer service' for 3 wks. No action. They keep telling me no fraud was made when I literally see it in my account. I know suing a quasi-monopoly is tough, but I need to at least try.

@AmazonHelp Yet another INCOMPETENT action from @Amazon today. Just purchased an intem. Amazon cancels the order believing it's an unauthorized purchase but doesn't refund the $$ - They block actual orders I make, but charge me for fraudulent orders places by someone who hacked THEIR site.

@AmazonHelp I've been in calls with customer service for 2+ wks. No solution. I literally see the fraudulent charges on my account; have cancelled 4 credit cards already. Your 'account specialist' said that there was no fraudulent activity. UNACCEPTABLE. Want to help? SOLVE THE ISSUE! PM me.
