@Molson_Hart Having kids (2 6yr olds) has radicalized me in favor of walkable cities where cars are not supreme.
I also am happy to pay my property taxes because I see exactly where it goes and I value those things: schools, parks, law enforcement and fire, etc.

Total US manufacturing construction—that is, building the places that will build the things (especially: computer chips)—is at an all-time high, going back to the 1960s.
