He can't very well ask the media to focus on his record in office because he has none. So he is running entirely on claims that he has the character to honor his campaign promises. That makes his character central to the story. And a wide variety of evidence says it's pretty bad.

Прем'єр-міністерка Данії Метте Фредеріксен зробила кілька надзвичайно важливих заяв про Україну. Я хочу розібрати їх детально, бо це фактично визнання на найвищому рівні того, про що я кажу вже довго.

«Я їм дуже вдячна за цю роботу, створювали данську модель. І що ми зрозуміли? Ми зрозуміли, що ви, як країна, здатні виробляти швидше, креативніше і розумніше, ніж решта з нас, навіть попри те, що ми не перебуваємо у стані війни. І це, чесно кажучи, досить незручно для решти Європи, але водночас це справді вражає.

І дешевше. Так, і до всього іншого це ще й дешевше. Тож ми багато чого навчилися.

Те, що ви зробили, це поєднали свою промислову базу з інноваціями, технологіями, університетами, стартапами, своїми солдатами, військовими експертами та реальним досвідом того, що відбувається на полі бою. І цим ви показали всім нам приклад.»

Це і є точний опис того, що ми збудували за чотири роки війни. Не просто «заводи зброї», а цілу екосистему: інженери, стартапи, університети, військові і виробники, з'єднані в один контур, який працює зі швидкістю війни, а не зі швидкістю мирної бюрократії. Поки великі західні концерни роками узгоджують один контракт, українська компанія за кілька тижнів проходить шлях від ідеї до бойового застосування на фронті — і одразу допрацьовує продукт за реальними даними з поля бою.

І ключове тут — слова «дешевше» і «швидше». Це не випадковість, це нова математика війни, про яку я повторюю постійно. Майбутнє оборонної промисловості — не дорогі платформи з мільярдними бюджетами розробки і десятиліттями виробництва. Майбутнє — за швидкістю циклу інновацій, за здатністю виробляти масово і дешево, за доступом до власних виробничих потужностей. Програмне забезпечення і алгоритми вже майже знецінились — їх пише штучний інтелект. Значення має фізична спроможність виробляти і доступ до ресурсів. І Україна довела це краще за будь-яку країну світу.

Про місце України в європейській безпеці:

«Тож, думаю, ми винесли дуже багато уроків. Як на мене, якщо ви запитаєте мою думку, Європа має повністю переозброїтися до 2030 року. Не до 2035, а до 2030. І для мене захист Європи тепер означає включення України до Європи. Європа не може зробити те, що повинна зробити, без України. Тож, на початку війни ми допомагали вам. Зараз це не те, щоб повністю змінилося, але тепер ми вже залежимо одне від одного.»

Прем'єр-міністерка європейської країни прямо каже: Європа залежить від України. Не Україна випрошує допомогу, а Європа не може забезпечити власну безпеку без нас.

Але найголовніше Фредеріксен сказала про «червоні лінії» та рівень допомоги від «союзників»:

«Одна з речей, через які я також не погоджувалася з деякими своїми колегами — це всі ті червоні лінії, які були встановлені для України. Ви пам'ятаєте, що на початку ми були готові передати частину наших F-16, але нам не дозволили цього зробити, тому що деякі союзники сказали, ми не можемо передавати наші винищувачі Україні. Потім було питання далекобійної зброї, і це також стало червоною лінією.

І ви знаєте, таких червоних ліній було дуже багато. Але я не думаю, що можна виграти війну, постійно обмежуючи себе червоними лініями. Звісно, потрібно поважати міжнародне право, закони війни і так далі, але це майже виглядало так, ніби ми просили вас захищати Європу з однією рукою, заведеною за спину.»

Ось воно. Головна правда цієї війни, яку нарешті озвучив західний лідер. Чотири роки нас змушували воювати з однією рукою за спиною.

Згадайте, в яких умовах ми воювали. Поки Іран відкрито постачав Росії «Шахеди» і балістику. Поки КНДР відправляла Путіну тисячі солдатів і мільйони снарядів. Поки Китай тримав на плаву російську економіку. У цей самий час Україна отримувала від партнерів нескінченні «червоні лінії»: не можна F-16, не можна далекобійну зброю, не можна бити по російській території, не можна, не можна, не можна. Нам давали рівно стільки, щоб ми не програли, але недостатньо, щоб ми перемогли.

І знаєте, що перевернуло хід цієї війни? Не зняття чужих обмежень. А те, що ми перестали на них озиратися. Ми побудували власний ОПК. Ми створили власні далекобійні дрони і ракети, на які не поширюється жодна чужа «червона лінія». Ми самі вирішили, що полюватимемо на ворога скрізь — у Москві, у Татарстані, на Каспії, у Новоросійську. Без дозволів. Без погоджень. Без оглядки на тих, хто боявся «ескалації».

Саме власна зброя, на яку ніхто не може накласти заборону, зробила нас суб'єктом.

Я окремо хочу подякувати Метте Фредеріксен. За данську модель, яка стала прикладом для всієї Європи. За чесність, з якою вона заявила про помилковість «червоних ліній». І за принципову позицію щодо членства України в ЄС і європейській безпеці. Данія — приклад справжнього союзника, який допомагає не словами, а ділом.
