One of the worst rental experiences I’ve had with @Hertz Reserved a minivan, got a dirty Hyundai Santa Fe that smelled like marijuana instead — same price, terrible service, and no follow-up from management. Very disappointed.
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport Someone ordered a phone on my account without authorization. I keep getting charged monthly, call to remove it, then it comes back. I’ve wasted 20+ hours with support and stores, and nobody can fix it. Terrible customer service.
