@SueGrayDOF Thank you @SueGrayDOF There's more. When tendering there is a need to download and use Javascript. This is totally incompatible with Apple Mac users. As a Mac user, and as per my previous tweet the DOF need to update and modernise. Sorry for the moan.
@SueGrayDOF Will the DoF update systems to allow Tenders to be submitted from Chrome or Safari? These browsers account for 80% of all web browsers. DOF insist on Internet Explorer and Firefox They account for 4% market share and Internet Explorer is no longer supported by M'soft

Friendly, polite and helpful staff - seems like an obvious necessity in a customer facing business, but if that were the case then we wouldn’t have our researchers complaining of rude and inconsiderate staff. A smile is key.
