Just saw #ScaryMovie. It has a few moments, but for a full-on spoof comedy, I wasn't laughing as much as I was hoping. There's zero story, and unless you've seen all the films they're referencing, I can't imagine you'll have any idea wants going on.

It matters in the sense that I want the movies I love to do well, especially original one's not based on IP, because it's the only way to indicate to the studios that's what we want them to make more of and invest in.

I’m so bored of the constant talk of box office & budget- stuff to do with films that just does not concern me & shouldn’t concern anyone outside of a boardroom. All this noise around how much this & how much that is so counter productive. I prefer how good this & how great that.

With just the right amount of levity, #MastersOfTheUniverse is  an enjoyable fantasy romp with cool action scenes, a great classic rock soundtrack, and a game cast that know what film their in. Leto particularly, camping it up as main villain Skeletor.

Just watched #PowerBallad. Rudd is perfect casting as an aging rock star wannabe, & Jonas as a former boy band member trying to make it as a serious solo artist, is also a solid choice. It has a simple story but a heartfelt message, & the music isn't half bad as well

#Backrooms is a very good film if the aim is to make you feel out of sorts & generally unsettled. It has great production design & two solid performances from Ejiofor & Reinsve, with a story that will have you scratching your head & likely to go down some Internet rabbit holes afterwards.
