@plainyogurt21 @houndcl @BalaBioResearch OCULs/EYPTs hypothesis is that binding VEGF extracellularly or blocking the receptor intracellularly should be interchangeable. So, either (as you say) VEGF signals through receptors the TKI does not fully block or not enough TKI reaches target tissue.
