@Google Tried that. It doesn't ask any questions. Is it possible to recover using the recovery email? Isn't that the purpose of the recovery email?

@Google Hi, I tried that site without luck. I know my password and username but don't have access to my phone for 2-step authentication. I do have a separate recovery email, but google isn't sending a code to that email.
