@GodIsVoluntary@NancyMace Went from ending to reducing in the same day. Tomorrow she will probably post about the need to increase property tax before they can consider reducing it.
@DrHassdenteufel@KyleABlizzard I got it, just defining the degree as not being close. You never know who is going to stumble into our tweets. If they don't leave crying I didn't do my job.
They prepared the voters for a 1.5 trillion defense budget. What the voters didn't know is the extra .5 trillion is probably for Israel. The real fuckery is the legislation the "elected" officials are going to cross the aisle to pass. A magic trick for irreversible technological and industrial integration between the two nations' militaries.
No more worries about who gets elected, no more approval needed by Congress to fund or supply the IDF. The DOD will have .5 trillion just for Israel.
Section 224 of the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)
Tech and Data Sharing: Accelerating joint research in next-generation warfare (AI, cyber, biotechnology, quantum computing), including "network integration" and "data fusion".
Industrial Co-production: Encouraging Israeli-linked defense firms to build manufacturing facilities and joint ventures within the United States to produce advanced defense technologies.
Formal Oversight: Requiring the Pentagon to designate a senior Executive Agent explicitly tasked with expanding and accelerating these bilateral ties.
Not even close :)
Just the new proposed joint operation alone is enough to see the difference.
There are more than 100 proposals listed for Israel just this year. I don't think there has been one mentioning France since 2000, except maybe this one (2021):
S.Res.186 - A resolution honoring the humanitarian work of Dr. Aristides de Sousa Mendes do Amaral e Abranches to save the lives of French Jews and other persons during the Holocaust.
