Appalling Service!
Stayed at the hotel a week ago and realised that I had left an expensive item in room. I have had to phone every day since for over a week! Each time I call I am told that someone will return my call or email me…. Still waiting! @TheCompleatA @MacdonaldHotels

Went to the @TheGroveHotel on 2nd August to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my wife. Can’t tell you how disappointed we were with the service. No drinks offered for 20 mins, mains came before starters, smokers allowed to smoke next to table. So disappointed!!
