@QBCares I'm trying to sign in to my quickbooks self employed account online. I've entered the correct username, the correct email, and the correct password. I've been able to reset the password, but it says no account exists.

I thought @QuickBooks was supposed to make life easier. Online chat said to call customer service. While on hold it was at least a 20 min wait & told to go online and use the chat feature. #CustomerService fail #customerexperience fail.
