@NotJeffSteigner @AlliAlliG Plus pitchers used to hit .050 and Ohtani is the best hitter in the game. He’s in base probably 10x more often than pitchers that either struck out or bunted and went back to the bench.

@LAM1926 @amato_mike I think it’s important that every game is worth the same total points. I don’t love the loser point but I’d be OK keeping it. 3-on-3 is a unique format “kinda sorta real hockey” so I don’t despise the loser point. I’d play 10 minutes OT and there would almost always be a winner.

@LAM1926 @amato_mike To me it’s not necessarily the loser point, it’s that some games are worth 3 and some worth 2. I do agree with you. I’d also bring back ties instead of shootouts, but I’ll be in the minority. Another option is to go 3-2-1-0 to make every game worth 3.
