I'm running to be Wisconsin’s next Democratic governor.
My campaign is built on one goal: to improve life for working Wisconsinites. That means real solutions that create jobs, support families, and deliver opportunity in every zip code — from rural towns to urban neighborhoods
From Vernon County to Madison, Green Bay to Racine - voters are fired up and ready for a leader who knows how to get things done.
As governor, I will bring all voices to the table to get real results for Wisconsinites. Thank you to the Democratic Party of Vernon County, @BrownWIDems, and St. Paul Baptist Church in Racine for sharing your time and your spaces with me.
Additional thanks to @AFTWisconsin, Madison Teachers Inc., OPEIU Local 39, @SEIUWIS, TAA(AFT Local 3220), UE Local 1186, UFAS (AFT Local 223) and @WorkerJusticeWI for hosting the Labor Forum at First United Methodist Church in Madison yesterday.
The cost of energy is crushing Wisconsinites, while Trump and Republicans like Tom Tiffany fuel needless wars and defund clean energy projects to satisfy their billionaire donors.
As governor, I will fight to bring down energy costs by investing in clean energy and establish a Wisconsin Energy Accountability Office to audit rates and protect households and small businesses from overcharges.
Every day is a good day, but this one is great! Team Crowley has submitted our nomination papers! 🎉
Thank you so much to every volunteer, friend, and family member that made this possible. Your support means the world and I look forward to bringing affordability, care, and opportunity to every community in Wisconsin as your governor.
Happy Pride Month, Wisconsin! I hope everyone has safe and joyful celebrations over the next few weeks.
As your governor, I will defend the rights of every LGBTQ+ Wisconsinite. That includes protecting evidence-based healthcare and enshrining marriage equality into state law. And if you’re headed to PrideFest in MKE, I’ll see you Saturday!
Wisconsin families aren’t failing, they’re being failed.
Instead of addressing the rising costs of energy, healthcare, or childcare MAGA Republicans like Tom Tiffany are choosing ideology over meeting the basic needs of Wisconsin communities.
As your governor, I will deliver on the fundamentals because I know what it’s like to live without them. When families can afford to live here, get the care they need, and see a future for themselves and their kids - that’s when Wisconsin moves forward.
I know firsthand what it means when the basics don't add up, and what it costs a child, a family, and a community when they’re missing. Growing up without healthcare or stable housing led to a career of fighting for my city and state, so no one else has to go without.
As governor, I will make sure every Wisconsinite can afford the basics, every child has access to opportunity, and every community is positioned to grow and succeed.
Wisconsin can’t move forward if we’re not taking care of our working families. As governor, I will make sure our families get a strong start by:
🏥 Expanding maternal healthcare - including prenatal, postpartum, and fertility care
👶 Establishing free universal Pre-K for all three-year-olds
🧸 Funding existing childcare providers, so every child under 5 has a subsidized childcare slot
🎒 Fully funding our public schools
It's Wisconsin's 178th Birthday! There are so many reasons I'm proud to call Wisconsin home, and I look forward to honoring our state's progressive legacy as your next governor. Together, we can all keep pushing Wisconsin forward.
The folks at @BrownWIDems are fired up and ready to make a Wisconsin that works for all of us! Together we can build a Wisconsin that is affordable and full of opportunity for every community.
As governor, I will make sure every Badger can afford the Basics. First up, reducing the cost of housing by:
🏠 Building more homes statewide
🛠️ Converting unused commercial spaces into apartments and mixed use buildings
🔑 Expanding affordable homeownership and protecting starter homes from predatory investors
🫱🏾🫲🏽 Preventing homelessness by strengthening eviction protections and expanding Housing First
I am honored to have the support of @demcountyoffice and grateful for their confidence in our campaign. County leaders understand better than anyone that government works best when we bring people together, listen to our communities, and focus on delivering real results for families. That is the approach I have taken throughout my career, and it is the kind of leadership I will bring to the Governor’s office.
One of the most important things a leader can do is support and learn from the men and women who put their lives on the line to keep our communities safe. Spending a day in the shoes of our firefighters was an incredibly valuable experience and I walked away with a renewed appreciation for their strength, skill, and service.
Thank you to IAFF Local 311, @PFFW, and the Madison College Fire Service Education Center for this opportunity to learn from some of Wisconsin’s best.
A proud election denier thinks insurrectionists and false electors should get a taxpayer funded kickback? What a shock 🙄
Tom Tiffany has been telling us who he is. It’s time to listen.
Tom Tiffany knows full well that $1.8 billion taxpayer dollars are being dumped into a political slush fund. But he’d rather turn a blind eye to corruption and stay in Trump’s good graces than lower costs for Wisconsin communities.
At WisPolitics lunch, GOP candidate for gov Rep Tom Tiffany says he’s still “studying the details” of President Trump’s proposed $1.8 billion ‘anti-weaponization fund’ and says he’s asking the Trump admin for more details
You can’t beat a Wisconsin summer. Whether it’s a Saturday at the Farmer’s Market connecting with friends and neighbors or enjoying the outdoors in one of our beautiful parks, I hope everyone can make the most of the warm weather this week.
Today we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We honor their lives, memories, and the loved ones they left behind. I am deeply grateful for the gift of their service and their sacrifice.
My lived experience shapes how I lead. Fighting for affordable housing, accessible healthcare, and jobs that truly support families isn’t abstract to me—it’s personal.
Chip in today and join the team putting proven leadership on the ballot.

Hi @TomTiffanyWI - mind asking your boss to pay Southeast Wisconsin what he owes for storm cleanup?
Or are you too busy diverting taxpayer money into his insurrection slush fund?
Now seems like a pretty good time to remind everyone that @DavidCCrowley just hired the Milwaukee Public Schools budget leader to run Milwaukee County’s budget office.
This is the same MPS budget leader who oversaw the district going $46 million over budget last school year.
