@DemsAbroad @DemsAbroadCan Yes overseas voting is done by email. I voted in California from Canada after getting my ballot by email. I faxed it in and about 10 days later received confirmation from my county that my ballot was received and will be counted. Vote please it’s easy! 🇺🇸
