Hi folks, just to be clear, if you tweet about issues with your DHL delivery, you will be inundated with messages from scammers trying to “refund your shipment fee” like it’s the 2010s
Come on guys, you need a better play than that
I booked a “redelivery” for today the 19th -even though there has been no deliveries tempted.
It is now 19th at 5pm. I still have no reply, no update.
Understandably this is the peak season but having no support at all is also utterly disappointing. please respond asap

My parcel has been at the depot since the 16th of December. There’s been no update on the delivery. I have called and wrote to you everyday from the 16th of December and I still hear nothing.
