All they need to do is adjust my loan amount on my application. They've approved all of my documentation. Not sure why it's taking so long to make an offer 🙄

@kaateemilyy_ I'm going through the process now with HSBC. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks now but 5 weeks is unacceptable. Have they approved all your documentation?
