@drpenzesjanos Thank you for noticing our paper. Having evidence from your own blood pressure (and any unwanted effects) as dose goes up (or down) milligram by milligram gives a new level of participant "convincement" about finding their "right dose". The idea is too simple to sound clever!

@SFCardio Many thanks for your interest in our paper. Participants responded to our remote care offer during Covid lockdown and helped us to show that personalization of doses using amlodipine milligram-by-milligram (on top of any exisiting therapy) helped to improve BP control
