@airtransat I was a passenger on Saturday from Toronto to Manchester (ref 8WWTUB). The battery for my mobility scooter was taken by your supervisor Milzana Markovic at the gate as I could not recall the voltage. I was told to call the wrong number (1 855 333 1101) to arrange delivery.

@airtransat On hold on the phone to Air Transat for over half an hour only to be told they'd given me the wrong number to call! Now on hold to another number. #unprofessional
