I used my focusrite for all of my remote work in Covid and still now. I use a solo for streaming and as a backup if something happens to the other one. These prices are GREAT so grab one if you are in the market!

▪️Is not feeling a bit tired
▪️The exhaustion & debilitation is biochemical damage & can be profoundly awful
▪️Many do not understand this due to the associative, everyday language used
#LongCovidAwarenessDay
@Lanipator As a Covid long-hauler for over two years now, it varies from day to day. Most days I have a hard time smelling what others detect easily. Other days I misidentify smells (thought crayons in a car was body odor, etc). Keeping my fingers crossed for you, man.
Most #LongCovid patients give up with doctors after some time because they offer *nothing* by way of treatment. On top of that, gaslighting & just the whole business of having, as a patient, to fight for appointments & understanding when you're profoundly suffering is exhausting.
I'm trying (I mean REALLY trying) to focus on the positive this year. Lots of things are in the works to help life feel a little normal again, but it will be a while for some (months), and even longer for others. So, for anyone who needs it: Olive wants you to see her tuggy rope!
For 2.5yrs, living with #LongCovid has meant, every day, living through a drunken, concussion-like haze that never lifts. So thick is the neurologic haze, you could cut it with a knife. It's horrendous & treatment-less. Long Covid patients need help, not in years/decades but now.
It looks like Covid suppresses innate immunity toward other viruses and Bacteria
This doesn't bode well for the severity of other infections that aren't even covid
Think of all the people saying "The worst cold of my life"
Mild covid is harming the response to the common cold
