@MyTimeToShineH I wish he had left off the epilogue section for a complete trilogy instead of an unfinished work. Also not a fan of the Martian Manhunter bit therein - doesn't feel right with Man of Steel. That said, definitely glad it finally saw the light of day more or less his way.
A little time change grumpiness: Sunset today is at 4:50 p.m. Because we changed our clocks. On purpose. One of these days we must spring forward and never, ever fall back.
@SpyHards One silly thing that always bugs me is the broken glass at the end. So many smashed bottles dismissed with a flip of the sheets (never mind the floor) and a quip.
@DaveBuzan Same here, but then didn't see AVTAK in the theater. Then started back with The Living Daylights. Saw them all through Spectre but then skipped NTTD (still haven't seen it). Also got to see From Russia with Love in a proper theater a few years back.
As for Disney - George's Star Wars > Disney's in every case. But on the Disney side of things - Rogue 1 > The Force Awakens > Solo > The Rise of Skywalker > The Last Jedi. Only two of those even got me to the theater.
And just to throw out a Star Wars film ranking - Star Wars > Empire > ROTJ > Episode 1 > Episode 2 > Episode 3 (and there's where I get in trouble with folks).
A little Star Trek ranking on Star Wars day. This Newsweek list isn't awful - *most* of the films are at least on the right end of the list. https://t.co/Fm0xiBo7dh
Fixing that ranking - Wrath of Khan > Search for Spock > Voyage Home > The Motion Picture > Undiscovered Country > Final Frontier. And if you must include the others - First Contact > Star Trek > Insurrection > Nemesis > Beyond > Into Darkness > Generations
