@UnityFrontLine helicopter crash genuinely has me confused. could very well be a result of the military pilot mistake, or the ATC making a mistake. But I am having trouble with seeing how this wasn’t avoided, which it easily was. This will be a tough investigation and hope they don’t lie
@UnityFrontLine So to conclude at what I’m trying to say is, MOST LIKELY, this was pilot error and or maintenance error or mechanical error. But we truly won’t find out until the black box is reviewed. Hopefully it is still intact after this horrible accident
@UnityFrontLine I see where you are coming from, this was either what we call “human factor” (the pilots making a crucial mistake) or a mechanical issue that could of just happened or been a result of improper maintenance. It doesn’t happen often but it still does happen. Part 2 below
@UnityFrontLine Boeing came out stating that they knew of this and reported to all airlines that used this plane to use the correct updated version. But those two airlines didn’t. Stuff like this is rare but unfortunately it still happens
@UnityFrontLine Remember a couple years back with the Boeing 737 max issue. 2 of those planes nosedived out of the sky, just like this, and it was all due to an improper computer system that affected the autopilot and made it nose dive down because the computer thought the plane was stalling P3>
