@Europcar_Ire hi, I collected a car this morning from Shannon airport but should it not have had a full tank of petrol? I only noticed after leaving that it’s only got barely a third of a tank.

@SW_Help how is it possible almost 3 hours after lines reopened not a single train is posted to leave on the mainline from Waterloo?? @swtrains_watch

@SW_Help Is there a reason? A viable alternative route to get to Aldershot would be southern to Gatwick, then to Guildford from there. I’m sure it’s been in place in the past during disruption

@SW_Help So instead of a quick check on your website which takes seconds I’ve now got to phone a call centre which no doubt means being on hold for ages and an endless stream of options to press for. Can you feed this back to your web developer as this is really poor..

@SW_Help I know, I have a flexi season ticket - on the old website used to be able to see how many journeys you had left on your flexi season under the smart card section, this doesn’t seem to appear anymore, only the dates it’s valid between
