While Iβm deeply grateful for the support Iβve received from Liberals across Ontario, I want to be absolutely clear: I will be voting NO to the leadership contest question.

At a ribbon cutting ceremony for King Animal Hospital on Tuesday, Premier Ford seemed to joke about Ontario's burdened health care system. Ford quipped that overflow patients can attend the animal hospital for their MRIs and CT scans.

Yesterday, as Chair of the Rainbow District School Board, I had the pleasure of visiting Confederation Secondary School with Nickel Belt MPP France Gelinas and Trustee Judy Kosmerly as part of the Ontario Public School Board Association's "Take Your MPP to School" event.
I had a fantastic time at Khalsa Day, the celebration of the Sikh New Year. The 2nd annual Nagar Kirtan Parade (over 1000 people participated) throughout the City was truly something special.

Last night at the Rainbow District School Board Organizational Meeting, I was giving a tremendous honour by my fellow Trustees and acclaimed Chair of the Rainbow District School Board. I look forward to continue to serve the staff, students and parents of Rainbow Schools.

Last Thursday, I was invited to Jean Hanson Public School to celebrate their Fall Harvest Feast. As their trustee, I was honoured to be able to serve them dinner and support all their great work. Great job, Principal Eberlein and staff. I absolutely love the painting!!!!
Last Saturday, we planted trees to support the TD Tree campaign. What a positive day for our community. GP, Jane and I planted something like 15 trees. Thank you TD Bank and the Junction Creek Stewardship Committee for your commitment to keeping Sudbury Green.
