Yeah... I'm not unique in being a tech-obsessed farmer, but perhaps I'm somewhat unique in my obsession to actually learn the mechanics of the tech I use.

It's kinda like how I found Bitcoin in 2011 - curiosity about something I use, money, led me to look for a better one.
