Wow. Seeing Doron Mizrahi at @novaexhibition this afternoon was a powerful inspiration.
A story of pain and resilience: a Nova survivor, he helped rescue others and then fought in the IDF to protect his country until he almost killed himself through addictions as he struggled with PTSD.
Good to see the @FAAntisemitism ladies, we hugged as we fought back tears.

'It shows what is going on in our society.'
Journalist Nicole Lampert, reacts to the National Association of Muslim Police facing criticism over a policy paper which defended Hamas against 'unverified' claims about violence following the October 7th attacks.
The weird marriage of the BNP and Muslim extremists in their hatred of Jews. Apparently Tommy Robinson and Nigel Farage aren’t real ‘nationalists’ because they’ve been ‘bought and paid for by Zionists’.
Jews in Western cities are hiding their Stars of David. They are removing mezuzot from their doors. They are telling their children not to speak Hebrew on the subway.
In 2026.
And we are told this has nothing to do with Israel.
Really.
Antisemitic incidents in Europe did not spike when Israel was founded. They did not spike when Israel fought in 1967. For decades, Jews lived here with a degree of safety.
Then October 7 happened. Hamas massacred 1,200 people. Burned families alive. Took babies as hostages.
And within days… Jews in Western cities started getting attacked.
Not Israeli diplomats. Not government buildings. Jews. Your neighbors. Your colleagues. The family at the synagogue down the street.
These are the same Islamists the left marches side by side with when they defend “Palestine” - the same ideology that gunned down 15 Jews on a beach in Sydney, Australia, on the first night of Hanukkah. December 2025. A 10-year-old girl among the dead. In the West. For being a Jew.
But of course. No connection.
Here is what they want you to believe: that millions of people suddenly developed a passionate hatred for a foreign policy position… and that it just happens to express itself by attacking Jews, vandalizing Jewish graves, and chanting “back to Auschwitz.”
This is not a political position. This is not protest. It is Jew-hatred. As old as civilization. Just a new coat of paint.
The argument that “it’s about Israel, not Jews” is the most transparent lie in modern politics. You don’t set a synagogue on fire in Berlin because you disagree with Netanyahu’s cabinet. You do it because you hate Jews.
Say it for what it is. Own it. Or stop pretending you are one of the good ones.
Because right now, Jewish families in free Western democracies need security guards outside their synagogues.
This is not a foreign policy debate. It is a civilizational failure.
And everyone who said “it’s complicated”… everyone who looked away… everyone who marched for Palestine and went silent when Jews were beaten in the streets…
You cannot say you didn’t know.
YOU KNEW.
You just decided they weren’t worth defending. And we remember that.
The Somerset Farmhouse of 1 North Street, Williton were approached by a "food influencer" that wanted to charge them £2,000 for a review.
They put out a video of Sally eating a sausage roll instead 😆.
Lets make Sally and the Somerset Farmhouse famous for free.
I never wanted to be a political account.
I'm a British Jew. A husband. A father of two. An engineer. A man who believed that if you worked hard, treated people decently and kept your head down, the world would mostly leave you alone.
My grandfather survived Auschwitz.
For most of my life, antisemitism felt like history. Something to remember, not something my children would have to face.
Then came October 7th.
Since then I've watched Jewish people told to stay quiet, hide who they are, apologise for who they are, or accept standards that would never be applied to anyone else.
For a long time I said very little. I didn't want to drag my family into politics. I convinced myself someone else would speak.
Eventually I realised that silence comes with its own cost.
Martin Luther King Jr wrote:
"In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
So I'm speaking.
Against antisemitism.
Against extremism.
Against political intimidation.
For free speech, liberal democracy, integration and honest debate.
You don't have to agree with me on everything.
But if you're willing to have difficult conversations without hatred, you're welcome here.
In the Middle Ages, converted Jews Theobald of Cambridge and Nicholas Donin amplified the blood libel - the idea that Jews murdered Christian children to use their blood in Passover unleavened bread.
They knew that their Jewish ethnicity gave them extra credence.
They were revered for koshering antisemitism: and so it continues through the ages.
Zack Polanski is an odious traitor. His own family members are in the IDF: he would see them being put onto lists or refused entry into Britain because he has become drunk on antizionism and the power that it gives him amongst those who hate us.
Shame on you @ZackPolanski
The report into NHS antisemitism by @LordJohnMann begins with the words:
‘The levels of anti-Jewish racism in the UK constitute a national emergency. The Heaton
Park Synagogue attack of 2 October 2025, the abhorrent terrorist, arson and other attacks
on members of the Jewish community that took place in April 2026 in Golders Green, and
across London all point to a worsening of the situation. No sector is untouched by it. The
criminal cases, taken together with the data drawn from the Home Office, from the NHS
and from various community organisations, and the cases reported to the General Medical
Council and other health and care professional regulators, have highlighted allegations of
antisemitic behaviour perpetrated by UK doctors and other healthcare professionals. It is
within this context that I was asked to undertake a review into tackling antisemitism in the
NHS.’
I found this moving account of someone at the Southampton vigil for Henry Nowak on Facebook:
Last night a few people mentioned the 'Southampton Riots' and were surprised I was there. So let me clarify.
I went to Southampton to show my respect for Henry, that his death wasn't in vain, and that knife crime and two tier policing needs to stop.
I am not a 'grief tourist', a 'far right fascist' or a 'rioter'.
What the media didn't show you, was that the initial 2000 people showed absolute respect. A minutes silence, the Lords prayer, a song.
The only incitement was the police who tried to push us down the stairs twice to bait a reaction.
Then we marched. People parked their cars and joined us. People came out of flats, houses and shops and joined us. Drivers bibbed their horns showing solidarity. Sikhs shook our hands apologising. (we know it's not their fault) When we passed the Gurdwawa there was silence and no chants. The march grew to about 5,000 people. We ALL CARE. This won't be shown on social media as it doesn't fit the narrative.
The police tried to kettle us. Fire engines and ambulances sent up and down the road for no other reason than to remove us.
At Belmont Road (where Henry died) we stayed 100m away from the location. The police were protecting the Digwa house. Where the father, charged with various knife offences (not charged with perverting justice or kidnap) and the brother charged with similar knife offences (but not perverting justice, kidnap and assualt) were happily watching TV. 1000 of us all got on one knee. We asked the police to join us. At this point there was no riot gear. They refused. They were asked please join us. They refused.
I don't for one minute condone the riots or violence. I was stood on top of a high wall with two polish fellas. Out of the way. We could see from our vantage point the police donning riot gear behind the row of vehicles.
At that point I and a friend from the IOW left and walked back. Then the riots, which we never saw, must have occurred.
Please don't be blindsighted by the biased media. Please watch GB News.
This isn't black v white. Many different ethnicities joined us and as mentioned Sikhs shook our hands. I never saw any race hate whatsoever.
This isn't left v right.
It's about the unlawful killing of a white man because he was white, because of knife crime and because the police are so scared to be called racist they prioritised lies and false claims of racism instead of an obvious desperate and dying young man.
If you can't see that yet, then I really hope that that day will soon come.
Thank you to the messages of support too.
I will never ever change. I will always stand up for what I believe in. My integrity has been expensive, yet worth every penny.
For those that missed this before, here is the silence observed perfectly by the 2000 at Southampton Police Station..
Thank you.
