@vrbo has not paid me out on my last 5 bookings with them going back to October of last year. Called in multiple times no resolution yet. About ready to take my property off the platform. They are the worst. This would never happen with Airbnb
@TXStrGuy What issues are you running into? We have lenders that can close 2-3 weeks. We also have a lender with a no ratio product on dscr if you’re having trouble meeting dscr

I’m sure you already have a preferred lender to send your buyers to but if you ever need a lender for more “creative” situations like dscr loans, bank statement or P&L loans for self employed clients, sub 580 fico, or no income ratio loans I’d be happy to help

We had someone in April book a whole year ahead. 4 nights for 2 grand. My price is capped at $500 on pricelabs. Had I known about earlier I probably should of raised the limit for that day 😭
Yields on 10-year Treasuries are now almost equal to the trailing 12-month earnings yield on the S&P 500 index. This is the first time that's the case going back to 2002.
Also aug/sept got absolutely crushed in cap ex and property taxes due on two of my rentals….about 10k hit for me 😵 unfortunate die roll but we keep on moving forward
