Video clearly shows agent accelerate his car directly at the man.

Hitting him head on & sending him to hospital.

Agents seem to roll man over, handcuff him, and rummage his pockets—not give medical aid

The 48 year old man was a passenger in the white pickup truck.

He is currently under armed guard at the hospital.

ICE told local police that the driver is the person who had a warrant.

Possibly related to immigration status—but could not confirm its basis or details.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office said they were not told in advance of any ICE operations happening in their jurisdiction.
