@Parcel2Go hi, you have wrongly rejected my claim for the parcel which was damaged due to not purchasing protection. Is there an email address I can contact you at to send my invoice showing a purchase of parcel protection.

[Eden Flight Training @EdenFlight]

A massive congratulations to David Higgins who did his first solo today in our Piper Warrior.

Well done David!! 🛫

@BTCare a problem has been identified which needs an engineer to fix-shame it took lots of advisors to do this-feels like I was fobbed off..

[David Higgins @DavidHiggins89]

@BTCare I've managed (after a lot of asking) to get an engineer booked. Before I spend hours on chat can you fix this problem remotely?

[David Higgins @DavidHiggins89]

@BTCare just spent 2 hours on chat to be told to restart hub again-this does not work! my connection is not quick enough for your help chat!

[David Higgins @DavidHiggins89]

@BTCare connected by cable to router, no other devices connected or programs running

[David Higgins @DavidHiggins89]

@BTCare I've reset the hub as directed by your support team several times. Download speed hasn't dropped - 0.00 Mbps upload this morning

[David Higgins @DavidHiggins89]

@BTCare upload speed dropped from 20 to constant 0.04mbps. CC said this is ok on infinity2-Internet is unusable, couldn't even tweet this!
